Tailored training programs for every swimmer
The training parameters required for each session can be conveniently set in advance via the myfluvo® app and started immediately or using a timer function. For example, 10 minutes of breaststroke, followed by 8 minutes of freestyle, and a final 5‑minute relaxed cool‑down swim – precisely tailored to individual needs.
